We are seeking a BIM Designer for assignment in Portland, Oregon. The selected candidate will help design state-of-the-art microelectronics facilities, data centers and other advanced industrial and commercial facilities.  

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

** This position requires proficiency with Revit **

- Preparing drawings and sketches using Revit and applicable software

- Create conceptual models based on verbal direction or rough sketches from architects or other designers

- Highly proficient in self-checking work and coordinating with related disciplines to resolve design

- Developing construction details using your knowledge of principles and practices of building material technology

- Able to provide quality reviews of models and documents prepared by others to assure design and project standards are met

- Delegate to junior staff where appropriate

- High School Diploma or GED

- 10+ years experience in BIM Design

- Proficient with Revit 3D and AutoCAD

- Experience with specifications and construction technologies

- Experience with Sketch up, Rhino, Adobe Suite, InDesign, and Navisworks is highly preferred

- LEED accredited is a plus
