We are seeking a Civil Engineer to work in the Conroe, TX area.

Opportunity Snapshot:

• $28-52/hour based on experience and skillset
• Conroe, TX
• M-F / 40 hours+ 
• Long term position with potential to go direct
• BA Benefits with medical/dental
• Depending on qualifications / experience a $2,000 sign on bonus may be applicable.

Desired candidate will be:

• Directly responsible for site civil design projects
• Work with the team leader in the development of plans, specifications and construction contract documents for commercial / single-family residential development projects primarily within Montgomery, Harris, and Walker Counties to include roads, paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other related items
• Position requires strong communication with support staff, clients and governmental agencies

• Texas Board of Professional Engineers PE or TX EIT certificate
• 2 or more years of relevant engineering experience w/ preferences in hydrology
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D w/ preferences in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS
