Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation - $30-35/hour based on experience
• Location: Midland, TX
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+
• Work Schedule: 7/7 Rotation - 12 hour shifts

• Mancamp available for non-locals

• Work in the Central Dispatch Center (CDC) environment to monitor field operations for both Midstream and E&P and work as a team integrating Midstream and E&P Operations
• Perform equipment surveillance, autonomous maintenance, and first-level response
• Operate equipment and understand process controls & flow (start up, shut down)
• Communicate work activities accurately in the system (shift changes, log books, daily email reporting)
• Clearly communicate and work with Operations to comply with applicable policies and procedures
• Comply with all Client Rules and guidance (energy isolation, land transportation, EHS)

• 5+ years of field oil experience (compressors, pumps, tanks, flows, computer skills)
• Software: Cygnet is the main software, graph works, and anything that is in the Microsoft Suite
• Midland office (95% of time tracking and monitoring what is going on in the field)
• Interfacing with the facilities and monitoring the well head activity
• Will work with 4-5 operators in the control room and with the field monitoring what is happening with the wells, facilities, monitoring traffic, and this is a very limited supervisor
• High School graduate or equivalent
