Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $25-28/hour
• Location: Denver, CO (downtown)
• Work Schedule: 9/80 schedule with half day Fridays
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+

• This role is for an administrative or buyer position, with an emphasis on accounting and supply chain

• Process and verify accuracy of department invoices, including timely payment and applying discounts where applicable
• Request quotes and write purchase orders
• Process material transfers and MJEs
• Update and maintain records of equipment
• Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports
• Annual physical yard counts and reconciliation process

• Oil and gas, or supply chain experience is required
•  Experience with Microsoft Office is required
•  Well organized and detail oriented
•  Communicate professionally in a clear logical style (both written and oral)
