Opportunity Snapshot:

  • Compensation: $60-75/hour
  • Location: The Woodlands, TX
  • Work Schedule:  9/80 hybrid with 3 days per week in-office
  • Assignment Duration: 12 months+

Responsibilities

  • Development of Fabric Maintenance scopes and work packs
  • Ensure work packs closed out with sufficient documentation
  • Assure Fabric Maintenance work list is maintained so that highest priorities are mitigated via program
  • Create and manage WBS Elements such as workorders and purchase orders
  • Coordinate settlement charges to WBS elements upon release and track associated costs
  • Support reclassification of charges within WBS elements
  • Interface with vendors to estimate cost values for purchase order limits and expected spend
  • Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure sufficient purchase order balances for needed transactions
  • Manage interface between Fabric Maintenance SAP data and Mechanical Integrity Database Management System
  • Interface with Cost Controller to ensure SAP costs are in line with forecast
  • Manage SAP change orders
  • Development of preventative (BLK) and Proactive (CHT) work packs, scopes, CORs
  • Ensure that Fabric Maintenance workpack items are closed out and processed for payment

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of oil and gas industry experience required, Gulf of Mexico experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in the following SAP systems: Navigation, Transaction Codes, Data Entry and Validation, Report Generation and Analysis, Itegration Testing and Troubleshooting, SAP Query and Ad Hoc Reporting, User Training and Support, Change Request Management
  • Strong knowledge in Database Management
  • Multi-task orientation with skills related to work prioritization
  • Strong communitcation, organization and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of importance of environmental and safe work practices
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computer utilizing a Windows environment; Microsoft Office
  • General mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent, SAP certification preferred
