Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $24/hour DOE
• Location: Carlsbad, NM
• Assignment Duration: 12 months +
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours +
  
• Benefits: Comprehensive with 401K, holidays and PTO

• Primary duties include managing day to day fleet operations

• Running fleet reports, assigning vehicles, ensuring all PM’s are scheduled and completed for all fleet vehicles

• Work closely with Vehicare shop to ensure all PO’s are approved and completed in a timely manner

• Maintain Structure and approval summaries

• Receiving new vehicles and remarketing vehicles when they have reached the end of life

• Other responsibilities include providing backup to the Office Administrator with clerical and administrative duties

• Duties to include filing, data entry, data management, scheduling, and providing general support to staff

• Day to day management of the office

• Display effective verbal and written communication skills
• Coordinte and communicate effectively with peers, across different teams and departments, 3rd parties, and outside officials
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and desire to learn additional systems
• Ability to mult-task with a strong focus on detail
• Education: No College Degree Required
