Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: Open and depending on experience
• Location: The Woodlands, TX 
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+
• Work Schedule: 9/80, hybrid days in office, 2 remote

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fieldglass VMS platform, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and providing user support
• Negotiate and Verify Supplier Rates
• Help to Supervisors create, Job Postings, Revise Workers, Onboard/Offboard workers
  Manage Job Templates, Supplier Profiles
• Run Reports for various Stakeholder groups
• Ensure Invoice process between Fieldglass and S4
• Troubleshoot error handling report
• Attend meetings with Technical Run Team to review, assist, approve, IT tickets

• 5-8 years of experience in vendor management, workforce management, or related field

• Proven experience with the Fieldglass VMS platform, including system configuration and administration
