- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or I&E Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Capital Project Management, preferably in a Chemical or Petrochemical Plant environment; must have experience managing construction efforts and contractor resources
- Professional Engineering Certification is a plus and experience in Mechanical Integrity and/or Reliability Programs is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability; ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office software including MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel. AutoCAD proficiency is preferred
- Ability to successfully negotiate business agreements and to resolve disputes as well as the ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences at all organizational levels
- Ability to conceptualize and analyze multiple scenarios in solving problems and executing project construction related solutions
- Ability to coordinate diverse activities to set timelines, budgets and specifications with experience coordinating multiple parties (through direct authority and indirect authority/influence) to the successful completion of the project
