Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $35-37/hour
• Location: Kermit, TX
• Work Schedule:  8/6 (mostly days, some nights)
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+
• Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), PTO and holidays

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment
• Troubleshoot problems, diagnose equipment failures, and make repairs as needed
• Work with other production staff to ensure that production is meeting quality and quantity goals

• An Associate's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, and some experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. 
• 4+ years of industry experience preferred
• Experience with free flowing wells required
• Strong initiative and self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Multi-task orientation with skills related to work prioritization
• Understanding of importance of environmental and safe work practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision
• Technical skills related to math and analytical processes and the ability to keep neat and accurate records
• Proficiency in the use of personal computer utilizing a windows environment
• General mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies
• Highschool diploma or GED is required.
