We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Tech for assignment in San Leandro, California. The selected candidate will perform general maintenance and a variety of other duties relative to facility maintenance.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm -OR- 1:00pm - 9:30pm

** This is either a 1st or 2nd Shift Position **

- General building repairs and preventive maintenance work

- Review service requests for repairs and maintenance, determine nature of problem, and execute appropriate solution

- Coordinate work with outside contractors

- Assure code and building standards are met

- Assist with HVAC, electrical and plumbing

- Replacing lamps and ballasts

- Painting

- General carpentry

- Drywall repair

- Flooring repairs

- Office moves

- Mechanical repairs

- High School Diploma or GED

- A valid Drivers License

- 5+ years experience in General Maintenance

- Ability to read and understand repair manuals and drawings
