Opportunity Snapshot:

  • Compensation: :$25-27/hour DOE
  • Location: Midland, TX
  • Assignment Duration: 6 months+
  • Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hour
  • Benefits: Comprehensive with 401(k) program, PTO and Holidays

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Team Calendar and venue calendar, as well as maintain / Update Outlook distribution lists
  • Maintain / Update Team org chart
  • Maintain key vendor contact list
  • Administer Team SharePoint Site
  • Logistics for all Team engagements (Op Supt Meetings / contractor meetings / F2F foremen meetings / ad hoc meetings etc.)
  • Organize venue / catering
  • Send out calendar notices / eventX etc
  • Assist with agenda prep
  • Maintain sign in sheets / meeting records
  • Manage logistics on the day of the event
  • Ordering materials (signage / posters / branded materials for recognition etc.) and maintaining an inventory
  • Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • Ability to type 50+ WPM
  • Software skills / web based program skills:  Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, EventX, Open Invoice / Ticket, Chrome River, Microsoft Share Point, Slido
  • Organizational skills: ability to establish and maintain sustainable administrative processes
  • Initiative: ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Event planning skills: cost consciousness and knowledge of Permian area venues, caterers, printing resources preferred
  • Works well under highly adaptive and quickly changing environment
  • Willingness to serve others
  • High School diploma or GED
