We are seeking a Water / Wastewater Operator-in-Training for assignment in Rickreall, Oregon. The selected candidate will perform a variety of tasks in the operations and maintenance of a water/wastewater treatment plant including maintenance of equipment, quality control/testing and other day-to-day activities on an assigned shift.

Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30pm

- Operate treatment facilities to control flow and processing of water/wastewater, sludge and effluent

- Observe variations in operating conditions

- Interpret meter and gauge readings

- Collect samples

- Maintain shift logs

- Perform other duties as required

- High School Diploma or GED

- A valid Drivers License

- Familiarity with hand and power tools
