Opportunity Snapshot:

 

  • Compensation: $50-60.00/hour
  • Location: Houston, TX
  • Assignment Duration: 6 months+
  • Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+ / hybrid / remote Mondays and Fridays
  • Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401(k), PTO and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Review contracts and verify costs with vendors and suppliers, estimate expenditures, and recommend supplier strategies and cost-saving measures to upper management
  • Validate charges and allocate the costs for Client's suppliers
  • Maintain the relationship between Client and Suppliers
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Category Leads, Operations Managers, and Accounting
  • Work on Cost Control special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • College Graduate (Bachelors) preferably in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business, etc
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Contract Review and Interpretation
