Opportunity Snapshot:

 

  • Compensation: $40-42/hour
  • Location: Houston, TX
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Schedule: M-F / 40 hours
  • BES Benefits including 401K, PTO, holidays, medical, vision and dental

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing tasks associated with understanding and interpreting easements and the diverse provisions that are in newer easements

Qualifications

  • Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats
  • Has database experience
  • Has some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title)
  • Has some experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently or with a team
  • MUST have midstream / gathering system experience
  • High School or GED required
