Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation - $25-28/hour
• Location: Seminole, TX
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+
• Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours + / day shift

• Accountable for ESP cable inventory through documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.  Manage of an ESP Cable inbox, receiving emails from at least 5 different vendors
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Analyze and, when able, correct cycle count and inventory discrepancies
• Audit incoming and outgoing documentation and transactions to assure quality and accuracy. Compile and document all transactions for data entry
• Inventory, Finance, Material Accounting, or cycle counting experience required
• Inventory analysis from raw data
• Complete physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis
• SAP entry of all in and outbound movements of ESP cable and other material from various yards.  Accurate and timely entry of lease-to-lease movements for ESP cable and other material
• Purchase requisition creation for purchases into inventory
• Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory
• Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles
• Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc

• Experience in Materials Management, knowledge of ESP a plus
• Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry
• Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships
• Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment
• Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• High School or GED required
