Opportunity Snapshot:

  • Compensation: $40/hour
  • Location: Platteville, CO
  • Work Schedule:  9/80 in-office
  • Assignment Duration: 6 months+

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the organization's SAP Master Data Management strategy. Ensure field collected data is entered timely and accurately into the SAP database, using various tools and methods

  • Perform functions Utilizing SAP and the SAP MDG (Master data governance) System

  • Asset maintenance and decommissioning of master data records, support Business Process Teams in implementation and execution of data management processes

  • Perform appropriate task from Management of change (MOC) tasks for asset management

  • Perform appropriate validations to ensure accuracy of master data records

  • Duties and responsibilities may be added or changed at any time at the discretion of your supervisor, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing

Qualifications

  • Detail oriented, team player who is committed to doing the right thing. Needs to have knowledge and background in SAP, SQL and Excel. And will be required to multitask, and be a self-starter in a extremely fast paced environment
  • Proficient utilizing MS Windows & Microsoft Office Suite environment.  Moderate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel - Formulas, Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
  • Strong initiative and self-starter. Strong organizational skills
  • Basic Analytical Skills.  Ability to keep neat and accurate records
  • Basic knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and practices.  Basic knowledge of business communication
  • Attention to detail to accurately coordinate logistics, prepare/edit reports, and respond fully to requests
  • Planning, prioritization of work, and organizational skills to ensure all administrative duties are completed
  • High personal credibility and ethical standards to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. High dependability and concern for others to ensure needs of others are met
  • Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) including proficiencies with spelling, grammar, and punctuation.  Ability to read, write and speak in English
  • Understanding of Importance of Safe Work Practices
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
