Opportunity Snapshot:

 

  • Compensation: $30-35.00/hour
  • Location: Carlsbad, NM
  • Assignment Duration: 12 months+
  • Work Schedule: Rotation, 14 days on / 14 days off
  • Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), holidays and PTO

Responsibilities

  • Perform HVAC and Chiller field service calls in a timely manner
  • Perform HVAC and Chiller Preventive Maintenance on HVAC and Chiller units
  • Perform needed repairs (Mechanical and electrical)
  • Communicate with customers in professional manner
  • Complete required repair and time keeping paperwork

Qualifications

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of HVAC and Chiller repair experience
  • Strong comprehension of HVAC and Chiller controls
  • Hold a valid and current Universal EPA Certification preferred, and be a State of Texas Registered Technician
  • Possess Positive Safety Attitude and be willing to follow all company and plant safety procedures
  • Knowledge of ASHRAE regulations
  • Has basic reading, writing, and computer skills
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Show up for work as scheduled and on time and work with others in a professional manner
  • Hold a Valid Driver's License
  • Preferred education: High School or GED
