We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment in Orlando, Florida. The selected candidate will be a part of the customer service and billing departments responsible for meeting production, customer service and billing goals.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
** This position has a pay rate of $16 - $18/hr **
** This position is temporary for ~ 6 months **
** Candidates familiar with Maximo CMMS are highly preferred **
- Answer incoming work request phone calls
- Manage maintenance emails
- Enter information into a computerized work management system
- Communicate with facility support groups such as janitorial, health, safety and maintenance teams
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Drivers License
- 2+ years data-entry experience in a professional office environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Maximo CMMS experience is highly preferred
