We are seeking a Wastewater Operator-in-Training for assignment in The Dalles, Oregon. The selected candidate will follow and learn from experienced operators in how to operate and maintain a wastewater treatment facility.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

- Identify permit and process sample points

- Perform minor laboratory analysis

- Learn the rules and regulations of sampling methods

- Create and maintain accurate documentation of results

- High School Diploma or GED

- A valid Drivers License

- Familiarity with hand and power tools

- Willingness to study and take the Oregon Wastewater Certification exam
