Opportunity Snapshot:

 

  • Compensation: $32/hour
  • Location: Houston, TX
  • Work Schedule: M-F  / 40 hours+ / hybrid
  • Assignment Duration: 12 months+

Responsibilities

  • Support AFE preparation, entry, approval tracking, and supplement requirements
  • Assist with the evaluation of cost reports to establish unit pricing needed to prepare future project estimates and budget forecasts
  • Coordination of accrual updates with input from engineers, construction, cost control and planning personnel
  • Assist with schedule updates using input from engineers and construction personnel
  • Assist with Design Basis Memorandum (DBM) and Project Execution Plan (PEP) preparations / revisions
  • Work with engineers and supply chain personnel to ensure construction personnel have the required Purchase Orders (PO) to track
    deliveries
  • Assist with document management to ensure critical project construction and close-out information is stored and accessible to engineers, construction members and operations
  • Assist with review and entry of construction daily reports to track progress, manhours and cost related Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Maintain construction and project workload schedules for the group
  • Review invoices, update AFE/GL coding and route for approval

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable technical field
  • 8+ years of industry related technical support experience required
  • Must be proficient in computer skills including MS TEAMS, Excel, Word, Outlook, Ariba, SAP, Spotfire, and DataNow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and grammar skills
  • Team focused, service oriented, and values driven
  • Strong character, including the highest levels of honesty, integrity, ethics, professionalism, trust, respect, and loyalty
  • The energy and ability to work collaboratively across the entire organization
  • The agility and flexibility to work in a fast-paced company culture
