Opportunity Snapshot:

  • Compensation: $50-53/hour
  • Location: Sugarland, TX
  • Assignment Duration: 6-12 months
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours +
  • Benefits: Comprehensive with 401K, holidays and PTO

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview outcomes
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and role profiles
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process
  • Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with an emphasis on corporate recruiting and salaried roles
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
