Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $30-36/hour, DOE
• Location: Odessa, TX
• Work Schedule: M-F / 40+
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions
• Collaborate with production staff to meet established quality and quantity targets
• Monitor equipment performance, conducting inspections and adjustments as needed
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

• Previous experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or a similar technical role (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work the designated schedule and adapt to operational needs
• Familiarity with oil and gas production equipment is a plus
• Highschool Degree or GED is required
