Opportunity Snapshot:

 

  • Compensation:  $67/hour
  • Location:  Midland, TX
  • Assignment Duration: 12 months+
  • Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+

Responsibilities

  • Trainers must have a working knowledge of the WellView applications and be able to address any questions concerning its functionality.
  • Must have knowledge of drilling and completions operations
  • WellView Trainers are expected to perform field and office training.  This includes but not limited to supporting the field teams & all office locations on new data standards and all data issues.
  • Each trainer will be responsible for training new guys in their area
  • Maintain Spreadsheet on new hire training
  • Trainers will assist with well QC this includes Cost, Phases, Schematics, ect.
  • Daily training with Ops Techs
  • Traveling to LCO to facilitate D&C Office training needs.
  • Trainers must be able to train and address all WellView training needs ie, reports queries building, and have a working understating of the WLR audits and the ability to create them.
  • Wellview Training Documents.  Each trainer must be able to create training documents using department templates and files.
  • Ad-hoc Wellview Data Pulls
  • Assists in Data Standards for Wellview (not limited to): Standardized Libraries, Development of Recurring  Costs Initiatives in Wellview, Standardized Quick Reference Guides
  • Assist in UDL changes in Wellview (as needed): Review functional requirements w/Analyst Group, Identify UDL additions and or subtractions as it relates to D&C needs.  Once the UDL is rolled into Dev the WV Trainer is responsible for modifying reports and training docs’ to reflect D&C needs
  • Training Matrix Tracker, Office (Classes and Individual),  D&C - Engineers, Operational Techs, New Hires & Onboarding, Crew Changes
  • Highlight negative/positive trends, updates and improvements
  • Audits (Development, Implementation, Updates)
  • D&C Manuals (Development, Implementation, Updates)
  • Construction, Spudder, Drilling
  • Pre-Stimulation, stimulation and post-Stimulation
  • Single and Multi-Well Data Reports
  • 24/7 WellView Support
  • Target Attainment
  • D&C Scorecards
  • Field Personnel calls and Office Personnel calls
  • Add-In applications to WellView
  • WV Loaders, and Inventory Transfers, Parameter Sheet
  • Batch Reports and Exception Reports
  • Audits
  • Quarterly UDL Roll-outs

Qualifications

  • Completed secondary education and worked previously as a Wellview Technician
  • Strong communications (oral & written)
  • High standard of Safety, Health, Environment aptitude and cultivates the same in others
  • Strong knowledge of Wellview applications
  • Strong knowledge of Project Philosophy and Design Specifications
  • Knowledgeable of relevant regulations
  • High school diploma or GED required
