Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $47-52/hour
• Location: Carlsbad, NM
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+
• Work Schedule: 4/10s
• Benefits: Comprehensive insurance , 401(k), Holidays and PTO

• Oversee Daily Operation and Maintenance of compressors and all equipment associated with compressor
• Function as the primary point of contact between compressor rental/service companies and the production foreman/maintenance foreman
• Determine the cause of mechanical failures to identify ways to prevent future failures
• Coordinate with operations staff for compressor adjustments for gas lift system and PM schedules

• Maintain a valid driver’s license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Able to troubleshoot equipment failures 
• Experience with Cat 3600, Ariel, H Pumps, and Centrifugal Pumps
• High School Diploma required
