Opportunity Snapshot:

  • Compensation: $43/hour
  • Location: NW Houston
  • Work Schedule: Full-time in office, M-Th 9 hours, 4 hours on Fri
  • Assignment Duration: Long term-direct

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing tasks associated with understanding and interpreting easements and the diverse provisions that are in newer easements
  • Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years ROW experience
  • Experience with the use of databases
  • Has some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title)
  • Has some experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently or with a team
  • MUST have midstream / gathering system experience
