We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Tech for assignment in Marysville, Ohio. The selected candidate will perform general maintenance and a variety of other duties relative to facility maintenance.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 11:00pm - 7:30am

** This is a Night Shift Position **

- General maintenance of plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, HVAC and other building systems

- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs

- Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed

- Repairing drywall, painting and repairing doors and other building fixtures

- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures, toilets and urinals

- Performs routine maintenance on building systems

- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities

- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance

- Event set ups, such as tents, tables and chairs

- Complete safety trainings as they are due

- Performs other related duties as assigned

- A valid Drivers License

- Familiarity with hand and power tools

- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair is a plus
