Opportunity Snapshot:
Responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between our Client's employees and solutions providers
Interfacing internally to build and maintain working relationships with functional departments regarding asset maintenance issues
Acting as a support resource to multiple departments both outside and within the corporate environment
Logging and recording all call details in the Call Center tracking tool
Using decision tree logic escalate or transfer calls as needed, reassigning calls to owners and following up to ensure resolution
Making suggestions and providing input to improve the Call Center process and service
Communicating with co-workers or management of any issues they may need to know
Learning and proficiently using Call Center software (SAP based) and recommending future enhancements
Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent; higher education strongly preferred
Must have some experience working in a call-center/ customer service type environment
Working knowledge in MS Office software
Must have experience using SAP call tracking software
