Opportunity Snapshot:
Responsible for acquiring rights of way, temporary workspace, access, and performing permitting functions from private, local, state and federal agencies, as needed, for field engineering and operation projects within an assigned location
Support Operations and Field Engineering Projects by acting as the Company’s liaison with landowners
Research and locate easement agreements on existing assets and provide information related to existing rights to Operations, Engineering, etc. and/or landowners
Prepare and maintain multiple reports related to project status, easement rights, title updates, landowner claims
Maintain digital file related to each project and/or task
Prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property
Identify and investigate, negotiate, settle, and issue checks for damage claims
Represent Company in public meetings and legal proceedings (Zoning and Planning Boards; County Commissioners Hearings)
Requires minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor
