Seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of accounting experience, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central). Responsible for handling daily financial tasks, including bank reconciliations and payroll journals, and will also support other areas of accounting. A solid understanding of accounting principles and good skills in Excel are essential for this role.

• Bank Reconciliation: Lead the daily, weekly, or monthly bank reconciliation process using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately reconciled with bank statements
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts, working closely with other departments to address issues
• Prepare detailed reconciliation reports, identifying any errors or adjustments that need to be made to the financial records
• General Ledger Maintenance: Prepare, post, and maintain journal entries in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy
• Accounting Software Management: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) for various accounting functions including transaction recording, financial reporting, and reconciliation
• Demonstrate good proficiency in using Excel for financial analysis, data management, and reporting
• Cross-Functional Training: Assist in other areas of accounting

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) for accounting functions
• Proven experience in bank reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams
• Ability to learn quickly and take on additional accounting responsibilities as needed
