Opportunity Snapshot:

  • Compensation: $25-26/hour 
  • Location: Williston and Alexander, ND
  • Assignment Duration: 12 months+
  • Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hour (may require weekend callouts)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive with 401(k) program, PTO and Holidays

Responsibilities

  • Schedules and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of
    products to satisfy customers
  • Analyzes inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs
  • Duties may include writing inventory reports, performing cycle counts, and
    determining periodic asset valuations
  • Work with moderate direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position
  • Perform basic inventory decisions and analysis of high complexity

Qualifications

  • Software skills / web based program skills: Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).  Particularly Excel
  • ERP experience
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Inventory field
  • Organizational skills: ability to establish and maintain sustainable administrative processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Work well under highly adaptive and quickly changing environment
  • High School diploma or GED required
