We are seeking a Wastewater Assistant Project Manager for assignment in Spokane, Washington. The selected candidate will lead a dynamic and motivated operations team in one of the most sophisticated facilities in the industry.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

** This position requires a valid Group IV Washington Wastewater Operator Certification **

- Lead a dynamic and motivated Operations team

- Participate in the training and development of associates

- Analyzes operational process control procedures, maintenance procedures and institutes changes when necessary to achieve full compliance with NPDES and air quality permits

- Assists with planning, organizing, and directing the operation, maintenance modification, and improvement of the Spokane County Regional Water Reclamation Facility (SCRWRF)

- Responsible for keeping accurate operational records

- Prepares reports required by the client, all regulatory agencies and facility manager

- Helps prepare Discharge Monitoring Reports for Ecology electronically

- Maintains effective communications and working relationships with employees, the client, consultants and the general public

- High School Diploma or GED

- A valid Drivers License

- A valid Group IV Washington Wastewater Operator Certification

- 5+ years experience operating wastewater treatment facilities

- A thorough understanding of chemically enhanced primary treatment, biological nitrogen removal, membrane filtration and anaerobic digestion

- Proficient with SCADA, HachWIMS and Maintenance Connection is highly preferred
