Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $30-32.75/hour 
• Location: Spring, TX
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+
• Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+ (in-office)

• Responsible for importing, cleansing, validating and analyzing data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data
• Process incoming documents
• Preparing physical documents to be scanned.  Scanning physical documents
• Indexing and Quality Assurances of digital scans
• Processing document to route electronically
• May consolidate and/or present data in charts, graphs, or tables
• Focus on improving data quality
• Work with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position

• 3+ years of previous data analysis experience required. Strong analytical skills
• Has the ability to work with other departments and mangment to determine organization goals, pinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data sets
• Able to provide supervision, training and mentoring to junior analysts within the department
• Able to search various internal and external database systems to identify legacy data and/or data that has not been uploaded to an ECM
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Experience generating reports
• Proficient in MS Office.
• High School diploma or GED required
