We are seeking an HVAC Tech for assignment in Torrance, California. The selected candidate will operate HVAC systems, troubleshooting and performing repairs in an industrial / commercial environment.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

** This position has a pay rate of $29/hr **

- HVAC operation, inspection, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of commercial facility air, water and Building Automation Systems

- The campus is primarily served by a central plant for campus cooling and heating requirements; Experience with these systems is advantageous

- Record pertinent information for equipment and system maintenance logs

- High School Diploma or GED

- A valid Driver's License

- 1 - 3+ years experience in industrial or commercial HVAC work

- An EPA Refrigerant License; An EPA Universal is highly preferred

- Competent in electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, brazing, diagnostic and mechanical abilities
