Overview

We are seeking an O&M Supervisor for assignment in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The selected candidate will primarily work on active construction / remediation project site overseeing subcontractors.

 

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

 

** This is a part-time position; roughly 30 hours per week **

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of field and office tasks related to the operations and maintenance of mechanical systems and monitoring of site remedies at a former mine site and active vanadium mill site

- Function as the onsite lead in maintaining compliance with permit conditions and leading field teams

- Provide field work planning and coordination with technical team, health and safety oversight, work permitting and direct oversight of subcontractors performing operations, maintenance (groundskeeping and facility up-keep), and monitoring activities

- Perform a daily drive around a 500-acre site to observe and document changes in conditions

- Communicate observations, status and findings with technical team on a weekly basis

- Keep detailed records of onsite activities

- Track and report environmental compliane requirements

- Office tasks such as data entry, routine reporting, coordinating field efforts, sample packaging and shipping, health / safety / compliance-oriented tasks and attending Teams-based meetings

- Build and maintain relationships with neighboring industrial operators and interacting with our clients

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED

- A valid Drivers License

- 5+ years experience working on active construction / remediation project site overseeing subcontractors

- Environmental sampling experience (e.g., groundwater and surface water)

- Experience with Microsoft Office
