Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $55-60/hour DOE
• Location: Freeport, TX
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+
• Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours +

• Perform risk assessments, update inspection plans, and evergreen RBI analyses for static equipment including pressure vessels, piping, and tanks
• Perform QA/QC of RBI project deliverables
• Think critically and troubleshoot issues that arise during RBI evergreening activities
• Stay updated with advancements in RBI methodologies and industry practices
• Develop detailed work processes and training related to inspections and RBI software
• Support with verification efforts of RBI data quality and assumptions
• Collaborate with engineering disciplines, operations personnel, and management

• 5+ years of experience in pressure vessel/piping/tank inspection and risk based inspection

• In-depth experience with API inspection codes, including API 510, API 570, and API 653

• Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, collaborative, creative

• Strong understanding of the concepts of probability and consequence, and how they affect risk levels of equipment

• Proficiency in GE APM software tool

• Familiarity with Risk Based Inspection (RBI) and damage mechanism reviews

• API Inspector Certification
