Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $80-100.00/hour
• Location: Cuero, TX
• Assignment Duration: 12 months
• Work Schedule: Average 10 hours per day; 5-6 days a week

• Sets clear HES&S performance expectations with all contractors working on MOC facilities. Ensure all MOC HES&S policies and procedures are understood and maintained within construction activities
• Enforces all MOC safety and administrative policies, procedures, and contract agreements
• Ensure the safest, most efficient, timely completion of tasks according to MOC policies and specifications
• Assist Client Construction Supervisor and Leads in planning and scheduling of construction activities such as Punchlist walkthroughs, PSSR’s, Extended FCO’s, etc
• Works directly with Construction Leads to ensure standardization of construction across locations
• Continually look for ways to improve quality and efficiency of construction
• Provides daily reporting of progress
• Assist engineering in design reviews to build efficiencies in the construction designs and process
• Verify accuracy of existing location P&ID’s and redlining drawings for Engineering
• Perform PSSR walkdowns and inspections to ensure they meet Engineering specifications and match P&ID’s
• Using appropriate software to update all P&ID red line drawings to capture all field changes during construction
• Complete all required facility PSSR documentation

• At least 10 years’ experience with Oilfield Facility Construction
• Proficient in reading and understanding Mechanical and Electrical engineered drawings and P&ID’s
• Experience in as-built redlining drawings
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project
• Construction project supervision experience is preferred
  
• Effectively communicate across all levels, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently, and ability to manage competing priorities
