Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $32/hour
• Location: Houston, TX
• Duration: 12 months+
• Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+

• Monitor and enforce compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver qualification files (DQFs), including CDL, medical certificates, and MVRs
• Create driver compliance reports for Terminal distribution
• Review company driver and Owner Operator applications for FMCSA compliance
• Assist in preparing for DOT audits and respond to compliance reviews
• Track and manage safety performance metrics using FMCSA’s Safety Measurement System (SMS)
• Liaise with legal teams and regulatory agencies as needed

• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations (49 CFR Parts 382, 383, 390-399)
• Experience in transportation safety, compliance, or fleet management
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency with compliance software and fleet management systems
• Excellent communication abilities
• High School diploma and GED required
