Overview

We are seeking an Industrial Facility Maintenance candidate for assignment in Marysville, Ohio. The selected candidate will support the Facility Maintenance Team in the preventative, corrective and general maintenance of facility mechanical systems, lighting systems, apparatus and other plant devices.

 

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

 

** This is a 1st Shift position **

** This position may require OT, weekends and holidays as necessary **

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance activities on facility; PM activities include measurement of wear, replacement of expendables (i.e. belts, hoses, fluids, filters, etc.) and inspection/evaluation of operating characteristics such as speeds, pressures, vacuum or vibration

- Complete repairs including rebuilding of pumps, valves, electrical and pneumatic solenoid devices, and air handling equipment

- Complete general building repairs; including repair of walls, doors, floors, etc.

- Complete repairs to plumbing systems including fixing leaks and stoppages, repair or replacement of sinks, piping, valves, drains and toilets

- Repair and maintain lighting systems throughout the plant and penthouses; Replaces lighting components, ceiling tiles and ceiling grid throughout the building(s) and offices

- Complete PM and work order activity in CMMS

Qualifications

- A valid Drivers License

- 5+ years in an industrial or commercial environment 

- Strong general mechanical, electrical and plumping aptitude

- Ability to read and understand system blueprints / specifications

- Ability to use electrical meter, megger and amp clamps

- Ability to cut, thread, weld and/or braze mechanical piping

- Ability to use scissor lift, boom lift, fork truck, 3-wheel cart and hoist way
