We are seeking a Commercial Plumber for assignment in Tucson, Arizona. The selected candidate will maintain systems that transport water, waste and gases at our clients commercial facility.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

** This position has a pay rate of $20 - $24/hr **

** Candidates must have industrial or commercial experience **

- Maintain well-functioning systems that transport water, waste and gases

- Ability to read blueprints and drawings to understand the layout of plumbing, waste lines, water and air supply systems

- Cut, assemble and install piping with attention to existing infrastructure

- Maintain water supply system locate and repair issues

- Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.

- Repair domestic appliances and fixtures etc.

- Perform general building maintenance and repair duties relative to facilities maintenance

- Stay on task and prioritize work load

- Reviews service requests for repairs and maintenance, determines nature of problem, and executes appropriate solution

- A valid Drivers License

- Proven experience as a plumber, with the ability to run a drain cleaner (“jetter” or “snake”)

- Understanding of water distribution and sewer systems in commercial buildings is a plus

- Experience working in a Computerized Maintenance Management System is a plus

- Basic working knowledge of HVAC systems, Boilers and Chillers is a plus
