Opportunity Snapshot:
Responsible for all aspects of assigned project area throughout its life cycle
Walk down scope, verify material staging / laydown areas, and develop traffic flow plans
During execution logistics will mobilize into the coordinator role and all contractors preforming work in the assigned area will report to the coordinator
Ensure the current status of every phase is accurately reflected in the reporting cycle
Walk jobs with planners to gain a clear understanding of the overall layout of work
Facilitate all turnaround infrastructure including, but not limited to: communications, power, hooches, lunch tents, HVAC, BRMs, rental equipment, tank placement, contractor transportation, laydown areas, gate security / access, fuel, water, radio, dirt work, and port-a-cans
Receive quotes from vendors for all logistic items, review and validate with team
Generate plot plans with turnaround equipment and facilities to be submitted and approved by Staff Safety Engineer
Schedule delivery for all logistic items
Coordinate contractor access to facility Coordinate pipeline / power transmission surveys along delivery route Coordinate acquisition of and placement of temporary facilities for turnaround personnel
Contractor onboarding
Coordinate implementation of the logistical plan
Collect all paperwork associated with deliveries and pickups
Monitor resource usage, coordinate off-renting / pickups for resources not being utilized Provide cost department information about what is on site Insure adequate site cleanup after execution is complete On / Off rent equipment

Facility maintenance at offices and parking lot
Maintain a safe and sanitary work place
Constantly monitor Client's planning practices and suggest improvements where necessary
Assist the Turnaround Team with all other duties assigned

Potential Capital work assignments
2 year degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems or Engineering. Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years of previous experience
Knowledge of logistics related systems
Computer experience
