Bachelor's degree with previous experience supporting Planning in Upstream Operations & Maintenance Business units (experience with supporting Start-up and handover of Capital Projects is preferred)
5-7+ year experience in Oil & Gas Upstream / Midstream projects or operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely convey recommendations to management
Skills to negotiate and broker successful solutions between Internal Coordination parties above
Basic to advance level proficiency in Cost Estimating, Project Planning and Project Controls
Strong Influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
Proficient in Smartsheet’s (or equivalent programs) in building out tracking, but also designing dashboards and reports. Experience with PowerBI a plus
Adaptability to changing priorities
Ability to organize, plan, control, coordinate, and effectively manage cross-functional activities
