We are seeking a GPR Utility Line Locator for assignment in The Villages, Florida. The selected candidate will primarily document the location and type of identified underground utilities.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

** This position has a pay rate of $17 - $18/hr **

** A certification in GPR operation and interpretation is highly preferred **

- Correctly, safely and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable, gas, water and sewer systems

- Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking location and completing tickets

- Completing tickets consists of accurately locating and marking existing underground utilities, specifically electric and gas utilities, taking clear photos of your markings, and entering needed notes of the locate into our system

- Be able to follow driving directions from 811 One-Calls

- Keep immediate supervisor/manager aware of any issues or problems in the field

- A valid Drivers License 

- A certification in GPR operation and interpretation is highly preferred
