Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $28-32.00/hour DOE
• Location: Carlsbad, NM
• Work Schedule: M-F, 40 hours +
• Assignment Duration: 6-12 months +

• Seeking strong SAP ERP skills

• Support Inventory and Materials efforts with daily SAP transactions & administrative tasks
• Creating & managing Purchase Requisitions in SAP
• Maintaining PO reference file by well location
• Populating PO numbers on each job in logistics app
• Reviewing and approving vendor invoices for trucking POs
• Assisting vendors with any trucking invoice issues and working closely with the logistics contract owner to keep them up to date on concerns and action items
• Maintaining spend tracking reports on trucking jobs
• Monitoring POs for funds & managing as needed
• Spend analysis to plan for next quarter PO values
• Work closely with planning group to ensure tubing & inspection POs are created
• Drafting & sending weekly reports as required
• Creating IT tickets for logistics app interruptions/issues

• Proficient problem solver in fast paced environment
• Team player who is able to work independently without constant supervision
• Adept multi-tasker
• Willing to learn and enforce use of logistics scheduling/transportation management app
• Experience in SAP or other ERP systems
• Strong administrative background
• High School diploma or GED required
