Opportunity Snapshot:

 

  • Compensation:  $55-110/hour (DOE)
  • Location:  Midland, TX
  • Assignment Duration: 12 months+
  • Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the elimination of Client Safety Program; support implementation of Personnel Safety Management System (PSMS) principles during project execution.  Attend and participate in PSMS training and uphold the Delaware team standards
  • Provide directed support of project cost and schedule deliverables aligned with GP Delaware Project Building Blocks
  • Support project execution input into early-stage project deliverables for permitting, cost, and schedule deliverables, enforcing a POS alignment focus
  • Monitor and track pre-G3 integrated project schedule change proposals and participate in developing change resolution alignment between stakeholders
  • Tracks pre-G3 execution deliverable status through completion
  • Leads project OIMS and EMCAPS stewardship and system improvement activities
  • Participate in pre-G3 permit status, IOPS, IWT, pre-DUR and ALT alignment meetings
  • Support Execution Engineer alignment needs.  Mentor and support Execution Engineer role
  • Lead EMCAPS and OIMS stewardship and system improvement efforts
  • Lead Delaware Project Development initiatives & provide candid feedback as warranted
  • Represent Delaware Projects in project development alignment efforts; early issue identification and resolution planning, early LLE identification, early field verification/coordination efforts, raise concerns and seek appropriate support in planning initiatives as warranted
  • Support PCM and LS2Spud work processes
  • Participate in Permitting / Roadmap / ALT / IWT / DUR alignment meetings
  • Support pre-G3 Regulatory alignment efforts – understand key engagements (Regulatory, Land, Air, Commingling personnel) and deliverable needs to support project execution objectives
  • Lead OIMS and EMCAPS processes: Gate Review package prep and review, Design and Execution Plan (D+E) development and review, change management documentation support, project scope development, procurement and field execution strategy, stakeholder interfaces, field safety planning and quality planning
  • ~95%+ of time in office; ~5% in field sites

Qualifications

  • Must have a BS degree in Engineering or related technical studies
  • Prior experience in Project Execution and Planning activities (Project Engineer, Construction Engineer, Project Controls Engineer, Execution Engineer, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and SharePoint)
