Opportunity Snapshot

• Compensation: $25/hour
• Locations: Midland, Texas
• Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours a week (1/2 day Fridays)
• Assignment Duration: 12 months +

• Provide reception support, supply ordering, greeting clients, visitors and helping with meeting setup, cleanup, and other support as requested by office staff
• Coordinates with and provides support to other groups such as IT,HR, etc.
• Coding Invoices and data entry
• Perform advanced skills required to operate business equipment associated with mailroom and telephone/reception area 
• Travel planning and expense reporting
• Vendor contact
• Management of budgets and cost management; assist with tracking cost on projects
• Helps support office space planning for department
• Office safety
• Establish constructive working relationships with business leadership

• An advanced knowledge of Windows is required
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• 3 years experience is preferred
• Plant/refinery experience a plus
• High School Diploma or GED
