We are seeking a Construction Manager for assignment in Dunseith, North Dakota. The selected candidate will develop and maintain complex, longterm, multi-year project management activities for a GSA LPOE.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

** A monthly living allowance will be available to the right candidate **

- Develop and control budgets and funding strategies

- Scheduling and coordination of project interactions among existing and occupied facilities

- Managing interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor categories

- Integrating competing and/or conflicting elements into the planning and execution processes so that project requirements flow smoothly

- Federal and local government procedural requirements, review requirements and approval requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management

- 10+ years experience in Construction Management

- Government / Military project experience is highly preferred
