Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $65-75/hour, DOE
  
• Location: Notrees, TX
• Work Schedule: 5-6 days per week / 50-60 hours
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+

• Ability to collaborate with Operations in maintenance and troubleshooting of facilities
• Directs and manages assigned General Construction contract crews to efficiently execute construction activities of assigned facilities projects
• Provide input to develop Facility and construction team standards and practices
• Understand production equipment, materials, and design that best support project
• Manages major project schedule, resources, and enforces product or service quality and compliance to design specifications and operating procedures
• Tracks costs with onsite procured items and/or services required for project activities and reports timely and accurately to designated leadership
• Provide HES leadership and enforces policy compliance
• Identify obstacles that may impact project execution and support mitigating processes

• Highly skilled Field Construction experience with a strong background in rotating equipment
• Hands-on millwright experience and prior involvement in a critical equipment or rotating machinery SME/technologist group. While primarily field-based, the role may include occasional visits to supplier facilities to oversee equipment teardown, inspection, or rebuild activities
• 10+ years of experience working with rotating equipment in an industrial environment, including millwright duties such as teardown, inspection, precision alignment, and reassembly. Prior support of a critical rotating equipment or SME group strongly preferred
• In-depth understanding of rotating equipment tolerances, fits, seal installations, OEM repair procedures, and alignment techniques. Familiar with ASME, API, and site-specific specifications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam. Experience with work package systems is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear documentation and effective coordination across departments
• Able to work in outdoor industrial environments and support activities in active units. Occasional travel to vendor facilities may be required
• NCCER Plus Industrial Millwright or equivalent trade certification required
• High School diploma or GED required
