Opportunity Snapshot:

• Location: Midland, TX or Pecos, TX (Shop Based Position)
• Compensation: $30-37/hour
• Schedule: 5/2 (40-hour Work Week)
• Assignment: 6 months+
• Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401(k), Holidays and PTO

• Repair brake and steering systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems.
• Replace or repair transmissions and fuel components as needed.
• Repair cooling components and systems including air conditioners and engine cooling.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Ensuring all critical parts are checked and tested
• Performing automotive care, including changing oil and rotating tires
• Repairing or replacing worn, old or defective parts

• 3+ years of Fleet Maintenace/Mechanic.
• Strong Computer Skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Candidate must live within a 50-mile radius of the job site
• High School Grad or GED.  Some college or technical training preferred
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
• Walking, bending, stooping is required
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment including the use of a respirator
• Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms
