We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Tech for assignment in Orlando, Florida. The selected candidate will lead a variety of tasks in the preventive and corrective maintenance of our facility, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of interior spaces.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

** This position has a pay rate of $18 - $23/hr **

- Wall and drywall installation and demo

- Carpet replacement

- VCT replacement

- Acoustical ceiling installation/demo and reconfiguration

- Painting

- Woodworking

- Ensuring high-quality finishes

- Perform other duties as required

- A valid Drivers License

- Proven experience in drywall, wall installation, carpet replacement, acoustical ceiling installation, painting and/or woodworking
