Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $27.00/hour
• Location: Caspar Wyoming Artesia, NM
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+
• Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+

• Operate a forklift to safely load and unload finished packaged products from trucks
• Verify and confirm products picked for shipment
• Perform job duties in accordance with department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain clear and effective communication with production and warehouse team members
• Participate in behavioral-based safety programs and adhere to refinery safety requirements
• Maintain required training and certifications to ensure skills and qualifications remain current
• Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain an organized work environment
• Complete special assignments or additional tasks as directed by the supervisor

• Associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance with operational procedures
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to operational issues
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proactive work ethic with ability to troubleshoot operational issues
• Computer literacy; SAP experience is considered an asset
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to quality and operational standards
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to anticipate potential issues and implement preventive measures
• Strong collaboration skills to support team performance and operational efficiency
• High School Diploma or GED required

Client Overview:

Our Client is a Fortune 500 company and an independent petroleum refiner that focuses primarily on producing high-value light products such as gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, specialty lubricant products and specialty and modified asphalt.  They own and operate several refineries located primarily in Southwestern United States and market their products to this area, as well as the Rocky Mountains, extending into the Pacific Northwest and other neighboring Plains states.
